He has also been the compiler of the AKAs Business Newsletter and maintained the AKA website. He has chaired five national conventions and numerous regional shows. He regularly attends tropical fish shows around the country. He is happily married and enjoys time with his wife, Phyllis and their spoiled child, Jed the Jack Russell terrier. They travel on a regular basis.
